I like board games. There are quite a few that I have played over time that capture my interest. Somehow, someway I will figure out a few that I think would be fun to share and post them up here.
But just for fun, to start a discussion …

Monopoly… because if I buy enough french fries at McDonald's I could win a prize! Does that count?
Hm… nerdy board games… not too familiar with many of them, anymore. I was a fan of Settlers of Catan for awhile…

I love Settlers of Catan. It's hard to beat that one. Also, Carcasone is pretty good too.

Settlers and Puerto Rico for sure. Just started playing Container and really enjoy it as well.

Sounds like all fun games! Settlers is what got me into the new realm of "Eurogames" and now the pile of games has grown big.
Candy land doesn't count though – but if there were real candy in the game … totally different.
I have heard of container and it sounded fun to play.
Risk is the bomb.

I enjoy strategy. I enjoy hanging out. I should enjoy board games. I don't play them much.
