I know … some of your not pleased at me not putting up some cheesey picture of me rooting for the best team over, or even commenting on the ahnialiation of the Rockies on the first night (or even mention about the 3 up 3 down in the top of the first by Beckett and the home run off the first Sox hitter in the World Series) … but I figured you know me enough now, to know … I was grinning big and yelling loud!
I didn’t give a comment last night because with all the rain and the time off the Rockies had I figured they wouldn’t do well. So why comment on a (13-1) game? They were doomed to lose the first game. Tonight was a good game, but I missed the last two innings while talking with a buddy. But ended in 2-1. It was a close game with the Rockies pulling out ahead with bring in run early on, and Sox mathing up in the 5th and then scoring again the winning run that they carried for the rest of the game.
Mer asked me last week when the Sox played against the Indians if the girls thought I was angry at them (when I was yelling at a couple of dumb plays the Sox did in the later games). “I don’t think so” I said. The girls are yelling as well!
